Orders may be submitted via the contact form on this website, or directly by e-mail. Delivery times may vary as every V1 is individually commissioned and therefore a unique piece of art. During the creation of your custom made V1, VAULT will provide updates on a regular basis thereby enabling you fully to appreciate and enjoy the magical process by which your very own mechanical art comes into being. As soon as all necessary details have been clarified and agreed and a firm order has been placed, this constitutes a legally binding agreement between the purchaser and VAULT. Payment is made via bank transfer.
Prices
Our prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) and include Value Added Tax at 8%. Our VAT no. is CHE-183.841.345 MWST.
Delivery charges / invoicing / customs charges
Delivery is free of charge. Deliveries to customers living abroad do not include Swiss VAT (export price). However, customers abroad, who are subject to their own country’s customs and VAT charges are responsible for declaring their purchase and settling any account with the appropriate authority.
Work under guarantee/returns
The entire watch is guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 2 years (further details on our website). Should a return to base be required during the period of guarantee, VAULT GmbH would cover all shipping charges. Shipping charges will be covered by the customer outside the guarantee period. Provided the shipping complies with our instructions, the item in question would be covered by our transport insurance policy.

5. Final provisions
a. Applicable law: In the event of a dispute, the matter shall be subject to and construed in accordance with Swiss law.
b. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is 8400 Winterthur, Switzerland.
